My putty dried in 1-3 minutes, request replacement here...If your putty is setting to quickly, it may be a result of a temperature issue during shipping or overworking the putty mix. This will prevent a propper fitting and function Gumguard®. In most cases we will send you replacement putty at no charge. We formulate & Mix our Putty in a certified professional lab, all putty reline kits are stamped with a creation date on the package and in the instruction booklet. Recommended shelf life is 2 years , we steadily produce and update our inventory; and thoroughly test every new batch of our putty. Please let us know what your issue was with our putty by emailing us, phone or chat. We'll make it right !

My white putty looks grey, what should I do?Putty should be bright white or pink color only. Exposure to high/low temperature during shipping can cause the putty to dry or turn GREY color. If you have received grey putty, please contact us for a free replacement. It doesn't make the putty toxic, bu t it should not be used if the putty has turned grey . How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
